Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Stall Operations
Supervise daily stall operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to company recipes and SOPs.
Monitor product quality, presentation, and equipment maintenance.
Oversee opening and closing procedures.
2. Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and supervise the preparation of local beverages, breakfast items, and desserts.
Ensure consistency in food quality, portion control, and timely service.
3. Team Leadership
Lead, train, coach, and supervise stall staff.
Plan work schedules and manpower deployment.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and service standards.
4. Customer Service
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.
Resolve operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Cashiering & Sales
Supervise cashiering operations and ensure accurate cash and electronic payment transactions.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
Support initiatives to improve sales performance.
6. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
Order ingredients and supplies as required.
Minimise wastage, control food costs, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
7. Food Safety & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene regulations and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness of the stall, equipment, and work areas.
Ensure proper food handling, personal hygiene, cleaning schedules, and audit readiness.
Skills & Qualifications
At least 2–3 years' supervisory experience in an F&B, coffee shop, or food court environment.
Experience in beverage preparation, cashiering, and team supervision.
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
