Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Reply to emails and handle customer/client enquiries
Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices
Follow up on orders, deliveries and event requirements
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams
Support corporate/private clients with gifting and customised orders
Assist with event preparation and occasional on-site deployment
Support sales/customer enquiries during events
General event operations, guest engagement and stock coordination
Requirements:
May require occasional evenings / weekends (Off-in-lieu will be provided)
No requirement to drink alcohol
Candidate should be comfortable attending and supporting events around Singapore
