We are hiring Financial Planners to advise clients across protection, investment, retirement and legacy planning, supported by structured training and mentoring.
What You Will Do
Engage with prospective and existing clients to gain an understanding of their financial objectives, risk profile, and life priorities.
Develop customised financial strategies covering protection, investment, retirement, and legacy planning.
Recommend appropriate solutions and conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure clients remain on track.
Establish lasting client relationships through proactive servicing and consistent reviews.
Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting.
Collaborate with our marketing and events teams to deliver meaningful client experiences.
Keep abreast of market developments, products, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all advice complies with MAS regulations and our professional standards.
What You Need
Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised institution.
Experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance or sales is an advantage but not required.
Must meet the regulatory requirements for appointment as a representative, including the relevant CMFAS examinations. Support and training are provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration
Monthly earnings of S$5,000 to S$8,000, comprising allowance, commission and incentives. Actual earnings depend on individual performance.
Quarterly and year-end bonuses.
Recurring income with uncapped earning potential.
