About the role

The role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining the company’s WebRM system. This is a contract role focused on

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.
• Provide technical support for internal and external users.
• Assist in project management, including UAT coordination and task follow-ups.
• Handle urgent checks and ad-hoc technical cases.
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements; liaise with internal departments.
• Document system workflows, guidelines, and technical processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, C#, Python, JSON, XML.
• Ability to work with API requests (GET/POST).
• Good understanding of database queries (MySQL preferred).
• Able to trace issues and understand code syntax across languages.
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• DevOps & Deployment experience will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience is an added advantage
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
