Responsibilities
Job Descriptions
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives and HR reporting.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Overtime, absences, leaves etc)
Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in relevant human resources.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infotech.
Good knowledge of Labour Laws.
Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources will be advantageous
