We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and drive the development of robust business intelligence solutions and dashboards. With at least 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that empower decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do:
️ Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
Develop interactive dashboards and BI reports to visualize complex data sets
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions
️ Optimize database performance and ensure high data quality standards
Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices
Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc data analysis needs

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in BI/Dashboards environment
Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data warehousing concepts
Hands-on experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
