What You’ll Do:

• Test the TV platform, act like a real user to explore features, watch content, and provide feedback.
• Record your experience, report bugs, and suggest improvements.
• Help improve the user experience for tv platform.
• Perform Documentation and SOP

What You’ll Learn:

• Real-world experience in digital product testing.
• Understanding of smart TV platforms and streaming technology.
• How to think from a user’s point of view.
• Documentation and communication skills.

Who We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor's degree in Multimedia / Digital Media / IT / Telecommunications / UI/UX Design / Broadcasting / Media Studies / Mass Communication or a related field.
• Enjoys watching Smart TV and is familiar with TV apps/platforms like Unifi TV, Astro
• Proactive, willing to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Future talent pool

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
