Responsibilities
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Perform receiving, checking, storing, picking, and packing of goods according to warehouse guideline.
Assist in verifying incoming goods against delivery orders and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
Store materials in designated locations in an organized and safe manner.
Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to internal and external customers.
Accurately update stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS)or ERP system under supervision.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock take activities.
Maintain orderly storage conditions and ensure stock accuracy through proper handling practices.
Comply with all safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment within the warehouse.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
Promptly report any unsafe practices, incidents, or damaged goods to the Warehouse Manager.
Support internal customers (e.g., service teams, workshop personnel) in the collection and issuance of spare parts and materials.
Assist with goods returns and support re-stocking activities as directed.
Support warehouse improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational challenges and suggestions for efficiency enhancements.
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills relevant to warehouse operations.
Experience & Skills
1–2 years of relevant warehouse/store experience preferred.
Ability to handle manual tasks and basic goods handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
Ability to work accurately under supervision and as part of a team.
Possession of a valid Singapore Forklift Operator License and prior experience operating forklifts, reach truck, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
