Key Responsibilities
Cost & Contract Management: Develop cost estimates, tenders, quotations, and variation orders. Monitor project budgets, evaluate subcontractor submissions, verify work progress for payment claims, and handle final accounts.
Procurement & Tender Evaluation: Support tender processes by reviewing technical specifications, pricing submissions, and market rates (including star-rate items) to ensure commercial competitiveness.
Financial Administration & Record Keeping: Track work orders, invoices, and budget utilization. Maintain organized contract documentation and compile supporting records for financial reporting.
Qualifications
Education & Credentials: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or a related discipline).
SISV (Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers) membership is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of
3 years of hands-on Quantity Surveying experience.
Key Competencies: Strong analytical, cost control, and contract administration skills; proficiency in MS Excel and industry-standard QS software.
