Full Time Senior QA-QC Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,600 in Woh Hup (Private) Limited - Maukerja

The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

Engage the project team to deliver high quality works;

Lead the QA/QC team and train the site team on Structural and Architectural trades;

Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions;

Provide insights for defects and recommend preventive measures;

Prepare monthly reports for Management;

Conduct Internal Quality Audits;

Compile trade information, test reports, and formalize documentation;

Liaise with authorities (i.e. BCA on assessment to achieve target score, LTA on inspections and compliances)

Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Value Add of Position

Obtain buy-in from project team towards quality assurance and quality control initiatives.

Translate deep understanding of quality standards and requirements into site works.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or construction related field

Experience: At least 5 years of building and/or civil engineering experience.

Experience in QA/QC and certified auditors would have an added advantage.

Completed 1 building project with project value of at least S$100 million

Technical Competencies

Knowledge of quality requirement of BCA, industry norms and contract specifications

Quality Management Systems certification – ISO 9000
