Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing
Branch Manager
to lead sales growth and operations at our branch. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue, managing daily branch operations, leading a sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Growth:
Develop and execute strategic branch sales plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Team Management & Coaching:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate beauticians and customer service staff to build a high-converting sales environment.
Customer Relationship & Retention:
Build strong relationships with customers, address feedback promptly, and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily branch administration, inventory, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local customer dynamics to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of sales experience in beauty/wellness industry, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership/supervisory role (e.g., Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Sales Executive).
Track Record:
Proven history of achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Skills:
Strong negotiation skills, team management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
