Supervise and lead daily nail and beauty salon operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate staff duties, train junior therapists, maintain hygiene standards, and assist with inventory and salon management.

Provide nail and beauty treatments as needed to support service delivery and client satisfaction
Assist the Salon Manager with daily operations and staff management to achieve business goals
