ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

1. Handle the day-to-day accounting operations and activities of the Accounts & Finance Department.

2. Handle full set of accounts, including recording of accounting transactions and maintenance of proper accounting records.

3. Monitor and update cash book transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

4. Prepare and perform bank reconciliation and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

5. Handle company payments, including local and international transactions and foreign currency payments.

6. Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for day-to-day business operations.

7. Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure payroll-related records are properly maintained.

8. Assist in managing e-Invoice and other accounting-related matters.

9. Maintain proper filing and organization of financial and accounting documents.

10. Perform any other accounting or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

2. 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with experience in handling full set accounts.

3. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.

4. Experience in using AutoCount Accounting Software.

5. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

6. Good attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.

7. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

8. Responsible, proactive, committed and willing to learn.

9. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

10. Able to start work immediately or at short notice will be an added advantage.

11. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
