Full Time Senior Project Manager (Civil) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 9,000 in GAMMON PTE. LIMITED West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Lead the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects while managing operational teams to achieve objectives. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to support project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan, control, and execute construction projects to meet defined objectives and timelines

• Lead and manage operational staff to achieve project targets and maintain team performance

• Establish and implement safety controls aligned with the works programme and develop long-term work plans

• Ensure all works comply with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, drawings, and specifications

• Monitor, control, and coordinate site activities with operations teams and contractors to maintain workflow efficiency

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project delivery

• Support the Commercial team by providing input and assistance on contractual matters as needed
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry

• Extensive experience in large-scale MRT projects

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative “can-do” attitude

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
