Job Summary

Contribute to architectural projects by developing designs, preparing documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating projects, and engaging with clients and contractors to deliver quality architectural outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, detail design, and tender documentation for Planning, Architectural, or Interior Design projects
• Present design proposals using appropriate mediums for client and regulatory submissions
• Review design compliance with technical and regulatory requirements under the guidance of the Qualified Person
• Coordinate project activities and administer contracts to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Attend site and project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate communication and resolve issues
• Support the Architect by executing assigned architectural duties to contribute to project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and SketchUp software to produce accurate design drawings and visualizations
• Demonstrate initiative, strong design flair, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit resourcefulness, commitment, independence, and diligence in managing tasks
• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant architectural work experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
