About the Roles

Join our team as a Telecommunications Technical Support Engineer with an IT Communications Service Provider located in Central, near Mattar MRT. This permanent position offers a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm work schedule, along with a competitive salary package comprising basic salary, transport claims, and variable bonus. You will support the delivery and maintenance of voice and network solutions while gaining exposure to telecommunications technologies and customer-facing technical operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Configure and deploy voice and network equipment, including VoIP/Cloud PABX systems, network switches, and related peripherals.
• Implement and support PABX solutions based on customer requirements and project needs.
• Provide helpdesk, remote, and onsite technical assistance to diagnose and resolve customer system issues.
• Review and validate System Design Documents to ensure solutions align with customer specifications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and proactive service support.
• Keep updated on product enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry developments to strengthen technical expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a minimum ITE qualification in a relevant field.
• Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of IT infrastructure, communication systems, and PABX solutions.
• Possess experience in Voice/Data project deployment and management, VoIP telecommunications support, network switch configuration, and LAN/VoIP troubleshooting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Alcatel, Mitel, or Yeastar PABX systems will be an added advantage.
