Full Time Senior Interior Designer (Commercial - Design and Built) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,500 in Atlaz - Maukerja

Our client is an established workplace design and build consultancy with an award-winning portfolio of commercial interior projects across Singapore and the region.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality workplace environments for corporate clients.

This role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept development through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development of commercial workplace interior projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative and practical design solutions that align with clients' business objectives and workplace strategies.
• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, material selections, and design documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, M&E Engineers, and Contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure design intent is maintained during construction and site implementation.
• Mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining high design standards across projects.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial workplace interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating workplace, corporate office, or commercial interior projects.
• Excellent conceptual design, space planning, and detailing skills.
• Good understanding of construction methodology and interior fit-out processes.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
