Full Time Facility Specialist Engineer (CRM) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,300 in AGENSI PEKERJAAN VERSATILE RISING SDN BHD Kedah - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Ensure APC (Airborne Particle Counter) monitoring is performed and immediately address OOC (Out of Control) / OOS (Out of Specification) events.
• Support facility projects and ensure facility systems operate reliably.
• Maintain measurement devices in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the owner for CRM-related internal and external audits.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and implement permanent engineering solutions.
• Support new product, process, and equipment qualification activities.
• Develop technical competency and training plans for team members.
• Drive risk assessment, mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage CRM suppliers and contractors effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar facility or engineering position.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and facility operations.
• Semiconductor or electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Hands-on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
• Knowledge of project management and facility-related projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and English language skills.
• Team leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in APC (Airborne Particle Counter) monitoring, contamination control, or cleanroom management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with equipment measurement compliance, audits, risk assessment, and continuous improvement activities is an advantage.
• Experience supporting new product, process, or equipment qualification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of supplier and contractor management is an advantage.
• Understanding of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and regulatory compliance.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,300.00 per month
