Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operation of the properties
• Look after day to day bookings, organizing cleaners and maintenance
• Inspecting apartments
• Lead the team to improve and maintain service levels
• Supervise security and cleaning services
• Handle inquiries and complaints
• Source for and set up of new apartments
• Return and reinstate apartments upon lease expiry

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in property management
• Diploma
• Willing to work long hours
• Able to speak local dialects
