As an Events Assistant, you’ll develop practical skills in event management, coordination, guest engagement, and content creation.

Role Focus

You’ll support the planning and execution of events across logistics, guest engagement, content, and on-site operations.

You’ll work with the team to coordinate venues, materials, vendors, and manpower while helping ensure events run smoothly from preparation through to post-event follow-up.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and timelines.
  • Coordinate venues, materials, vendors, and manpower.
  • Support registration, guest engagement, and on-site operations.
  • Help produce event content and promotional materials.
  • Collect feedback and assist with post-event follow-up.

What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on experience in event management and operations.
  • Stronger communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing guests and solving problems on-site.
  • Exposure to event planning, logistics, and execution.
  • Opportunities to take ownership of event segments.

Who We Want

We’re looking for people who are reliable, proactive, and willing to step up when needed.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Friendly and professional when interacting with others.
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Adaptable when priorities change.
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback.

Previous events experience is not required. We value professionalism, reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn over prior experience.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

As positions are limited, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
