HIRING: Business Analyst – Insurance exposure needed | 2 HEADCOUNT

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong insurance domain knowledge looking for your next opportunity?

We’re hiring 2 Business Analysts to join a project team supporting digital applications and business transformation initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Define features, use cases and user stories
• Develop clear acceptance criteria for development and testing
• Map and improve business processes and workflows
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers and project teams
• Manage and maintain the product backlog across Agile sprints
• Support application delivery, releases and production issues
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Insurance industry experience – MUST HAVE
• Strong experience with Agile / Scrum, user stories, use cases & SDLC
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Malaysian citizens only
• Confident communicator with strong spoken English
