Step into a key operations role where you will drive group policy administration and support client servicing across diverse corporate portfolios.

• Oversee full-lifecycle group policy servicing, including policy set-up, contract and endorsement issuances, billings, and medical card processing.

• Ensure billing and administrative processes are delivered with high accuracy and within stipulated service level agreements.

• Manage client and external stakeholder enquiries via corporate email and portal channels promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including finance, actuarial, credit control, group sales, and claims.

• Support key operational initiatives, including process improvement projects, user acceptance testing (UAT), and risk compliance controls.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum Diploma in any field of study.

• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in administrative or operational roles; prior group insurance experience is helpful but not mandatory.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.

• High attention to detail with strong adherence to regulatory compliance and risk management standards.
