We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Wellness Consultant to join our team at Jovial Wellness.

As a Wellness Consultant, you will assist customers in understanding our wellness services, recommend suitable treatments based on their needs, and provide a professional and welcoming experience throughout their visit.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and understand their wellness concerns and goals
• Introduce and recommend suitable wellness treatments and packages
• Explain treatment benefits, procedures and available promotions clearly
• Follow up with new and existing customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Assist with appointment bookings and customer coordination
• Support sales activities and work towards individual and team targets
• Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience
• Work closely with therapists and the operations team
• Assist with other duties related to the daily operation of the wellness centre

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident and service-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending services
• Sales experience in wellness, beauty, aesthetic, spa or related industries will be an advantage
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply if willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, positive and motivated
• Able to communicate in English; additional languages are an advantage
