Executive Chef – Terra Group

About the Opportunity
Terra Group is looking for a capable and hands-on Executive Chef to support culinary operations, food quality, menu development, and day-to-day kitchen standards across the group and its subsidiaries.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or multi-outlet F&B environments and is ready to grow into a broader leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support culinary direction, menu development, food quality, and kitchen standards.
• Help manage food costs, purchasing, inventory, waste, recipe costing, and kitchen productivity.
• Guide, train, and motivate kitchen teams while maintaining hygiene and kitchen discipline.
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and outlet teams.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Candidate Profile
• 4–6 years of progressive culinary experience, preferably with some kitchen leadership exposure.
• Background in restaurants, hotels, catering, cafés, or multi-outlet F&B environments.
• Good culinary fundamentals and interest in menu development.
• Hands-on team player with good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Food safety certification and formal culinary training are preferred but not essential.
