Full Time HR Officer (Convertible Contract) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for roles ranging from frontline staff to management

• Collaborate with department heads and external recruiters to ensure all vacancies are filled within established timelines

• Support the implementation of employee welfare initiatives and programs in alignment with corporate policies

• Lead employee engagement efforts and serve as a key member of the Staff Recreation Committee to plan and execute company events

• Oversee canteen vendors and contractors to maintain high standards of facility operations

• Execute all work pass administration and compliance tasks for the foreign workforce within assigned business units

Requirements

• Diploma in HR management or relevant field

• 1-2 years of working experience in HR function.

• Prior experience are welcome to apply.

• Willing to work in manufacturing environment
