Full Time Account Executive – Experiential - Events Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in THINKADS PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We’re looking for an Account Executive – Experiential & Events who enjoys working with clients while making things happen behind the scenes.

You’ll work across brand activations, events, pop-ups, retail experiences and creative campaigns, connecting clients with our Creative, Production and Project teams.

From brief → planning → production → LIVE, you’ll help keep projects moving and ensure everyone knows what needs to happen next.

What You’ll Do

1. Support day-to-day client servicing and understand campaign briefs, objectives and requirements.
2. Coordinate projects from initial brief through creative development, production and execution.
3. Prepare meeting recaps, timelines, workback schedules and project updates.
4. Coordinate client feedback, revisions and approvals with internal teams.
5. Work closely with Creative and Production teams to turn ideas into deliverables.
6. Liaise with venues, suppliers, fabricators, printers and other project partners.
7. Support proposals, presentations, site visits and activation planning.
8. Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
9. Support onsite execution for events, pop-ups and activations.
10. Keep clients and internal teams updated and flag potential issues early.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Business or related field.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in account servicing, advertising, events, experiential marketing or project coordination preferred.
3. Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience are welcome.
4. Confident communicator with good written and spoken English.
5. Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects.
6. Resourceful, responsive and comfortable dealing with different people.
7. Hands-on & flexible – willing to support event/site setup, installation and teardown, including occasional evenings or weekends.
8. Ownership & reliability – takes responsibility for assigned tasks from start to completion with strong follow-through.
9. Independent team player – able to take initiative and work independently while collaborating well with the wider team.
10. Positive working attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
