Job Description

• Plan and manage corporate events, activations, and engagement activities end-to-end from initial concept through to on-site execution
• Coordinate all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to develop event concepts fully aligned with brand objectives and business goals
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and within scope
• Handle event registrations, guest lists, and on-site coordination to guarantee a consistently smooth and professional attendee experience
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to maintain clear, timely communication throughout the entire event process
• Gather and analyse post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate success and surface practical improvement opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive event documentation including contracts, run sheets, schedules, and detailed post-event summary reports

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,600.00 per month
