Responsibilities

• Execute graphic design for the client’s content
• Plan, storyboard, and conceptualise creative ideas for the client’s video and static content (photos, memes, product demos, behind-the-scenes videos, quotes, etc)
• Film & edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
• Conduct interviews and record audio for video projects when necessary
• Use AI tools to support content creation, copywriting, proofreading and campaign ideas
• Schedule post content across social media channels, depending on the requirements of each channel
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and competitors’ best practices, and share that knowledge with the team
• Manage social media content calendar and posting schedule
• Work closely with external vendors to fulfil clients’ tasks
• Conceptualise, plan and execute Clients’ marketing campaigns such as paid search, paid social
• Track content performance and report on the results of campaigns and suggest improvements
• Create monthly reports for selected clients
• Creative asset management to ensure the database is clean and up-to-date
• Compile media lists, reach out to influencers for collaborations, and track the status of media partnerships
• Follow up with the team on the progress of projects to ensure that team members are aligned and deadlines are met on time
• Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required

Job requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Media/Communications/ Marketing, or equivalent work experience in marketing, video, or film production
• Avid user of at least 2 prominent social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok)
• Good understanding of social media best practices and content creation
• Proficient in Creative applications (Canva, CapCut) etc.
• Knowledge of Canva is a MUST
• Can work both independently and in teams
• Proactive, with a positive and can-do attitude
