About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Logistics & Supply Chain Intern to join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day management of logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, inventory, transportation, and supply chain operations.

This internship is designed for students who want practical exposure to how a logistics business operates. The intern will work closely with our operations, warehouse, customer service, and administrative teams to support the movement of goods from inbound receiving through storage, order fulfilment, and final delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you will gain real-world experience rather than simply observing operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Fulfilment Operations

• Assist with inbound receiving, checking, labelling, and storage of goods.
• Support picking, packing, sorting, and preparation of customer orders.
• Assist with inventory organisation and stock accuracy.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Help ensure goods are stored safely and according to warehouse procedures.
• Support the team in improving warehouse layout and operational efficiency.

Logistics & Transportation

• Assist with coordinating deliveries, collections, and transportation arrangements.
• Communicate with drivers, transport partners, warehouse teams, and customers when required.
• Help monitor delivery schedules and shipment status.
• Assist in resolving delivery or fulfilment issues.
• Support route planning and transportation coordination.

Inventory & Supply Chain

• Maintain inventory and operational records.
• Assist in monitoring stock movements and inventory levels.
• Help identify inventory discrepancies and investigate operational issues.
• Support purchasing, replenishment, and supply planning activities where applicable.
• Assist with analysing logistics and supply chain data.

Customer & Operations Coordination

• Work with the customer service and operations teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately.
• Assist with customer enquiries relating to deliveries, inventory, orders, and fulfilment.
• Coordinate between customers, warehouse staff, drivers, and internal departments.
• Help prepare operational reports and customer updates.

Process Improvement

• Observe current warehouse and logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support projects involving warehouse optimisation, productivity, inventory accuracy, or fulfilment efficiency.
• Participate in operational improvement initiatives and special projects.

• Be willing to learn and take initiative.
• Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Be comfortable working across both office and operational environments.
• Have good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

No previous logistics experience is required.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
