  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; students from various academic backgrounds are welcome to apply. 
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken. 
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in communicating with hotels, suppliers, travel agents and internal teams. 
  • Good attention to detail, especially when handling booking information, rates, dates and guest details. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to follow up on pending tasks and meet important booking deadlines. 
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to find suitable alternatives when required. 
  • Ability to handle multiple bookings and tasks simultaneously. 
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and maintaining accurate records and documentation. 
  • Willingness to learn reservation systems such as SAMO and internal platforms such as Bitrix24. 
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Interest in the tourism, travel or hospitality industry. 

Responsibilities

 We are looking for a Reservation Executive Intern to join our Reservations team. This role provides hands-on experience in hotel reservations, supplier coordination, travel agent communication and day-to-day operations within an international tourism company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process FIT hotel reservations through the company’s B2B system and other approved channels. 
  • Check booking details, rates, room categories, meal plans, special requests and booking conditions. 
  • Communicate directly with hotels and suppliers to check availability and obtain confirmations. 
  • Follow up on pending and waitlisted reservations and ensure bookings are confirmed on time. 
  • Monitor cancellation deadlines, release periods, payment deadlines and other booking conditions. 
  • Communicate with travel agents regarding booking status, amendments, cancellations and special requests. 
  • Source and propose suitable alternative hotels or room options when requested services are unavailable. 
  • Process booking amendments, date changes, cancellations and other requests. 
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and supporting documents in the company’s systems. 
  • Assist the Sales team with hotel availability checks, special rates, promotional offers and supplier follow-ups. 
  • Support the management of hotel contracts, rate agreements and special offers. 
  • Check upcoming arrivals and ensure reservations are fully confirmed before guests arrive. 
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure smooth booking operations.
