Full Time Finance Executive(Sales)- Malaysian Bank Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Dikshatek Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Bancassurance Executive to be based at Bank branches, responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to the bank’s customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance bank customers
• Generate leads through close collaboration with branch staff (leads will be provided)
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
• Build strong relationships with bank personnel
• Provide product knowledge and support to branch teams
• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking

Key Requirements

• SPM with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales / B2B Sales (mandatory)
• OR
• Diploma / Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales / B2B Sales (mandatory)
• Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
• Willing to be based at assigned bank branches
• Certifications such as PCE, CEILI, or TBE are an added advantage
