Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of frontend, backend, and supporting system components when required.
- Participate in feature implementation, enhancements, defect fixes, testing activities, and code reviews where applicable.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand system behavior, identify technical dependencies, and support solution implementation.
- Investigate application issues by tracing requests across multiple microservices and system components.
- Perform root cause analysis for production and development issues.
- Analyze logs, APIs, messaging flows, and database interactions to identify problems.
- Provide technical recommendations for issue resolution and system improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system flows, APIs, integration documents, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
- Review business requirements and proactively identify ambiguities, missing information, dependencies, and technical risks.
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify functional and technical requirements.
- Participate in solution discussions and impact assessments.
