Job Responsibilities

• Engineering Document Management
• Collect, organize, archive, and maintain various engineering project documents, including design drawings, construction drawings, contracts, construction records, and other related documentation.
• Data Entry & Documentation Updates
• Ensure engineering project information is accurately entered and maintained.
• Update project documentation in accordance with project progress to ensure the project team has timely access to the latest information.
• Prepare, record, organize, and maintain minutes and documentation for various project meetings.
• Communication & Coordination
• Maintain effective communication with internal project team members and external parties.
• Ensure engineering documents are delivered accurately and on time, facilitating smooth communication among relevant stakeholders.
• Process Improvement
• Identify areas for improvement in engineering document management processes.
• Propose and implement measures to improve the efficiency and quality of document management.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or above.
• Field of Study: Engineering-related discipline.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering projects.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop (PS).
• Good computer skills.
• Basic to good command of English.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
