Full Time Customer Service Officer (Baggage)-Afternoon Shift Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,350 in SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Duties

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience
• Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services
• Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation
• Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products
• Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport police
• Responsible for store cleanliness and image
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):

• Familiarity with POS system will be on an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to converse in basic English
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
• Able to work on Public Holiday if rostered
• Able to carry up to 25kg luggage

*6 days work week with rotating rest day*

Working hour:

Afternoon: 240pm to 11pm
