We’re now looking for a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our Corporate Sales team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting both our Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) sales channels. You’ll be the engine behind smooth, efficient sales operations—ensuring our clients and end-users receive a best-in-class experience, every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end sales support across both Corporate and B2C channels.
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, shipping documentation, and other sales-related paperwork.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams across logistics, customer support, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Own and manage updates in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in customer data, sales pipelines, and documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between the sales team and clients—ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Support regional sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and account-based activations.
- Identify and improve internal processes to optimise the sales support workflow.

What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales support, operations, or customer-facing role—ideally supporting both B2B and B2C.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and managing large sets of data (e.g. Shopify, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency in Google Docs and other design software (especially CAD, Sheets and Slides or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- Ability to travel when required
