Responsibilities
Managed coordination between Customer Service and Warehouse teams to support efficient shipment operations
Processed export shipping documents and prepared AWBs with high accuracy
Ensured precise data entry of shipment details, rates, and cargo information into internal systems
Performed compliance verification for Dangerous Goods and temperature-controlled shipments
Communicated shipment pre-alerts effectively to overseas destinations and stakeholders
Monitored shipment deadlines and ensured timely cargo lodgement for priority and urgent shipments
