As a Teacher at AGrader, you will deliver engaging and structured lessons using our well-developed curriculum materials and teaching resources. You will also contribute to lesson planning and curriculum improvement to ensure content remains clear, effective, and accessible for students of varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured English lessons to Primary and Secondary students
• Follow and contribute to AGrader's curriculum frameworks and lesson materials
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents on student development when required
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment

Subject & Level

We are currently hiring for the following:

• Primary (P1-P6) English (Standard stream)
• Secondary (S1-S4) English (G3 Stream)

What We Are Looking For

• At least one year of teaching or tutoring experience
• A degree or relevant teaching qualification (e.g. NIE-trained teachers are welcome to apply)
• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant level(s) and subject(s)
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with students and supporting their learning
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage a classroom environment constructively

Working Hours

This role covers weekday and weekend teaching slots, scheduled within the following windows:

• Weekdays: 4 days per week, between 12:30pm and 9:30pm, with teaching slots scheduled within this working window.
• Weekend: 1 day per week, either Saturday or Sunday depending on the centre’s schedule, between 9:00am and 6:00pm, with teaching slots scheduled within this working window.

The exact teaching slots will be discussed and confirmed during the interview process

Location

AGrader operates 20 outlets across Singapore. You will be assigned to outlet(s) based on lesson demand and scheduling needs, with reasonable effort made to match assignments to your preferred region where possible. Specific outlet locations will be discussed during the interview process.
