The ideal candidate will combine rigorous systematic data analysis with deep structural logic to enhance portfolio values, eliminate working capital waste, and support long-term regional market growth.

  • Feasibility Studies & Capital Allocation: Build and maintain detailed asset feasibility models, pricing charts, and ROI calculations to guide strategic capital expenditure (CapEx) allocations and expansion paths.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a central administrative bridge between corporate accounting squads, internal facilities management engineers, legal compliance units, and joint-venture partners.
  • Statutory Compliance & Data Governance: Enforce rigid compliance with regional asset registration laws, financial accounting benchmarks, and internal control frameworks, ensuring all master files strictly comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration (Asset/Wealth Management specialization), or a highly quantitative professional discipline. Professional credentials (such as CFA or relevant corporate valuation certificates) are an asset.
  • Technical Proficiency: High competency in advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (specifically Excel for intricate data modeling, yield forecasting formulas, and pivot tables) and hands-on experience navigating enterprise asset tracking platforms or ERP infrastructure.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an asset management manager, investment portfolio specialist, commercial real estate analyst, or corporate finance strategist—preferably within an established asset management firm, property developer, REIT hub, or corporate banking environment—is required.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to negotiate effectively with multi-market partners and external suppliers.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, intense numerical reasoning capabilities under tight corporate tracking deadlines, high attention to detail, and a resilient leadership mindset.
