Job Description

EVENTS & PROMOTIONS

• Assist in planning and executing effective Marketing campaigns in-line with the Company's marketing objectives and positioning through events and promotions
• Assist to secure sponsorships and collaborations from external organizers and/or tenants in presenting vibrant and exciting campaigns
• Prepare relevant approval documents for event proposals
• Liaise and work closely with tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution of projects and events
• Establish and maintain effective communication and good relationship with tenants and external organizers or suppliers
• Provide input into overall event strategy, planning and delivery process
• Prepare and process quotations and invoices for Finance Department and ensure that all event related administrative records are kept up-to-date

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Mass Communications/Journalism or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in the retail industry
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high intensity working environment
• Strong networking abilities, resourceful and a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
