Key Responsibilities

As a Livestream Host, you will be the driving force behind our live sales and brand engagement. Your main duties will include:

• Live Presenting: Host dynamic live streaming sessions (on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Instagram) showcasing our fashion and apparel collections.
• Product Demonstration: Try on apparel, explain clothing material, fit, styling ideas, and accurately describe product features to the audience.
• Audience Engagement: Actively interact with viewers, answer real-time questions about sizing/pricing, and build a loyal community of viewers.
• Sales Conversion: Drive sales momentum through enthusiastic storytelling, highlighting ongoing promotions, and creating a sense of urgency.
• Pre-Live Preparation: Collaborate with the content and setup team to review product lines, key selling points, and live flow before going on air.
• Post-Live Review: Participate in brief post-stream debriefs to analyze viewer data, sales performance, and brainstorm improvement strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of confidence, style, and communication skills:

• Confidence on Camera: Outstanding screen presence with a vibrant, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Fashion Savvy: A strong interest in current fashion trends, styling, and the ability to confidently present apparel.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in [Bahasa Malaysia]. Ability to keep a live audience engaged without awkward pauses.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working a flexible schedule that aligns with peak streaming traffic (including evening or weekend slots).
• Experience: Prior experience in livestream hosting, content creation, acting, modeling, or retail sales is a major advantage, but fresh talent with high potential are welcome to apply.
• Location: Must be able to commute reliably to our studio in Taman Ipoh Jaya Timur 1, Ipoh.
