Job Summary

You will oversee office coordination, site productivity and daily field operations, manage equipment availability and maintenance, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and enforce Workplace Safety & Health compliance through briefings, audits, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office and field operations to maintain site productivity and ensure smooth workflow
• Plan and coordinate manpower and resources effectively to meet project demands
• Liaise with subcontractors to align work schedules and resolve operational issues
• Manage equipment upkeep by tracking inventory and performing first-line troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Generate technical and safety documentation, including but not limit to Risk Assessments (RA) and Method of Statements (MOS), to support project compliance
• Facilitate tool-box safety briefings to communicate safety protocols and updates to the team
• Support internal safety campaigns to promote a culture of workplace safety and health
• Participate in incident investigation reporting to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Assist with cross-functional tasks and miscellaneous operational requirements as determined by business priorities and management direction.
