Full Time Business Development Manager, Digital Asset Custody Jobs, in Maybank Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for Digital Asset Custody and Securities Services.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities by positioning traditional custody, asset servicing, fund services, tokenization, and digital asset custody as integrated client solutions.
• Develop relationships with asset managers, fund managers, trustees, fintechs, digital asset platforms, exchanges, and institutional investors.
• Identify opportunities across digital assets, tokenization, digital securities, and broader capital market solutions.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, RFPs, and commercial discussions.
• Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor market developments, regulatory trends, and competitive activities within the digital asset ecosystem.
• Represent Maybank at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, Accounting, IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management, Custody, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Fintech, or Digital Assets.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, securities services, or digital asset ecosystems.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and originate new business opportunities.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and cross-sell solutions across traditional custody and digital asset custody ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
