Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role with high visibility, responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights across the organization.
You will play a vital role in monthly close, budgeting & forecasting, investment analysis, and leading transformation initiatives including digital finance and ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly management reporting and variance analysis.
Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment across multiple business units, cost centres, and funding sources.
Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management and board-level reviews.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations.
Maintain robust financial controls and compliance frameworks to ensure accurate, accountable reporting across all cost centres.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, professional certification (CA/CPA) required.
Minimum 15 years of experience in an MNC environment, with team leadership experience.
Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business performance management.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
