Full Time PROJECT COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documents, including contracts, permits, plans, and reports.
• Assist in developing project schedules and timelines,
• Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and work completion.
• liaison between the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure that meeting minutes are documented and distributed.
• Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress and any changes to the plan.
• Assist in tracking cost changes and monitor project budgets, expenses and financial reports.
• Assist in resolving any quality-related issues that may arise during construction.
• Collaborate with the Safety Officer to ensure that safety procedures and regulations are followed on the construction site.
• Identify and report potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for the project.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ management/ superior/ Project Management

Requirement:

• At least 2 years’ previous work experience, preferably in a Building construction related field
• Previous experience in a construction-related role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards.
• Good team player with ability to work with the team and handle multiple projects
• Committed, positive attitude and able to handle projects independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Aluminium and glazing Facade experience will be an added advantage
