The Role

As the Outlet Manager, you will be the "captain of the ship" for our store. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and maintain the high standards of quality and hygiene that Magnificent Bakery is known for. You are the bridge between the kitchen's creativity and the customer's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff. Foster a positive and high-energy work environment.
• Customer Experience: Ensure superior customer service is provided at all times. Handle customer feedback or complaints with grace and professionalism.
• Sales & Strategy: Monitor sales performance against targets. Implement strategies to boost up-selling and reduce wastage.
• Quality Control: Ensure the display cases are visually appealing, fully stocked, and that product freshness is maintained throughout the day.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the F&B, retail, or bakery industry.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Passion: A genuine love for coffee, pastries, and artisanal breads.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and basic computer literacy (POS systems, Excel).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
