Job Overview

We are seeking an autonomous and highly discreet

PA to CEO

to manage corporate/personal finance. You will serve as the direct point of contact for bankers, and maintain strict confidentiality over all sensitive financial data. You must have strong accounting background and able to commerce work by 02 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate directly with bankers to manage accounts, resolve treasury issues, and handle corporate/personal transactions.

Prepare and post journal entries independently for month-end and year-end closings.

Maintain absolute discretion regarding bank accounts, executive payroll, and sensitive corporate data.

Prepare financial statements and compile reports required for banking covenants and lending compliance.

Collaborate with Private Bankers to develop and propose investment ideas.

Prepare to travel as and when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.

Strong background in corporate accounting with more than 5 years of experience.

Proven ability to manage ledgers and close books with minimal supervision.

Flawless track record of handling high-level confidential information.

Confident professional communication skills to work directly with banking representatives.
