Full Time Warehouse Operations Manager - Food - FMCG Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Irkaz Travel & Tours Pahang - Maukerja

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, product handling and order fulfilment within our Food & FMCG operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch
• Ensure incoming goods are properly inspected, verified and recorded
• Manage FIFO/FEFO and proper stock rotationEnsure proper handling and storage of perishable products and cold chain requirementsOversee order fulfilment and ensure accurate, timely dispatch

Inventory & Quality Control

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels, product shelf life and storage conditions
• Oversee quality checks for inbound and outbound goods
• Monitor stock movement, wastage and warehouse performance KPIs

Team Management

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, including local and foreign workers
• Plan manpower allocation, scheduling and daily workload
• Train and develop the warehouse team to improve productivity and operational standards
• Drive performance and continuous improvement initiatives

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Enforce workplace safety, hygiene and food handling requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on corrective actions

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management experience within the Food & FMCG industry
• Hands-on experience handling perishable goods and cold chain operations
• Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and inventory control
• Proven experience managing and leading warehouse teams
• Experience with inventory reporting, stock reconciliation and warehouse KPIs
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be based in Kuantan, Pahang

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
