Job Description
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement projects using PDCA, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement programs
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Support automation, robotics, and digitalization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0
- Provide technical support for process troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Partner with engineering, R&D, and related teams during new product introductions and process changes
- Monitor, analyze, and report process performance metrics and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechatronics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environments
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing technologies is an advantage
- Familiarity with robotics and automation systems is an advantage
- Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management experience and exposure to digital transformation initiatives are preferred
