Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on orders from assigned trade partners.
  • Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
  • Track sales and order updates to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct product education and product detailing to trade partners and store staff.
  • Communicate product features, benefits and key selling points effectively.
  • Build product knowledge and awareness among trade partners.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and sales activities according to the agreed plans.
  • Ensure proper implementation of promotional materials, displays and merchandising standards.
  • Monitor campaign execution and provide feedback on market activities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with assigned trade partners.
  • Conduct regular store visits and follow up on customer needs.
I- dentify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales and customer engagement.
  • Gather market feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Plan and manage daily store visit routes efficiently.
  • Ensure regular coverage of assigned outlets and completion of scheduled activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits, orders and sales activities.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales, merchandising or field sales execution.
  • Experience in handling trade partners, retail outlets or store operations is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for product education and trade partner engagement.
  • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage daily route plans efficiently.
  • Sales-oriented with good customer relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel and work in a field-based environment.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
