Full Time Project Support cum Report Administrator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in HYDROTECH ENGINEERING PILE SOLUTION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Manager in analysing test data and checking test reports.
• Help prepare, update and maintain technical and ISO/IEC 17025 documents.
• Respond to customers’ basic technical enquiries regarding test reports.
• Maintain technical records, training records and staff competency documents.
• Update the Operations Job Planner and assist in preparing Job Order Forms.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and prepare the survey reports.
• Assist with HR administration, including leave records, staff forms and filing.
• Prepare minutes for monthly and Management Review Meetings.
• Assist in monitoring safety forms, Safety Observation Cards and safety equipment records.
• Perform other technical, quality, HR, administrative and safety-related duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
